Learn how to support customers by simplifying the sale of several to multiple hundred thousand product variants and options, performing large numbers of product and price calculations if necessary.

As a CPQ Consultant you support clients in:

• Understanding how to best embed Merkato CPQ in their IT landscape, linked to CRM, ERP and other applications,

• Developing their own CPQ team by:

  • Training them in the use of Merkato so that they can build and maintain their own configurators
  • Coaching them at regular intervals, so that they stay fully informed of all the possibilities that Merkato offers,
  • Listening quite carefully and repeatedly handling the "why" question, so that you help them to get to the basis of a problem, to work from there on a logical process,
  • Responding to punctual questions they may have so they continue to get the most out of our CPQ toolbox.

• Strengthening their CPQ team, if necessary, by:

  • Creating configuration templates,
  • Creating quality document templates for quotes, data sheets, and other sales-related documents they need.

What do we expect from you? You are:

• Fluent in English, French and Dutch.

• An engineer by training, or equivalent by experience.

• Interested in mathematics/logic and problem solving.

• Genuinely interested in sales and production environments and in business automation.

• A good listener and willing to understand in detail the business complexity of a company.

• A strong analytical and logical thinker who knows how to prioritize different possible solutions.

• Extroverted and, based on the experience you will gain, you will feel comfortable guiding customers to the best use of our products.

If you have previous experience in CPQ, CRM, ERP, PDM or CAD, this is highly appreciated but this is not a strict necessity.
