Veldhoven in Brabant is home to Tapp-E: a modern company that supplies modular charging modules for fencing. Because the charging points are mounted on the fencing, no separate charging posts are needed. This not only saves a lot of space compared to traditional systems, but also a lot of hassle: after all, no cables need to be buried. This also allows easy scaling up at any time.

Through its own ERP supplier, Tapp-E came across Merkato. Indeed, calculating the electrical installation can get quite complex. By recording the knowledge in the configurator, the sales staff could get straight to work. And that was just as well, because this new concept of parent company B&G Hekwerk had to be marketed quickly. Indeed, the first international trade fair took place within just six weeks of the first introduction.  

Finally, Tapp-E also takes advantage of Merkato's multilingualism and the software also allows resellers to prepare uniform and slick offers.
